2. Purpose and legal basis of the treatment
Your personal information will be treated:
a) without the express consent (art. 24 lett. a), b) and c) Privacy Code and Article 6, Letter b) and e) of GDPR for the following Service Purpose:
– the services you request service through its website the reference section;

Customers who have already received information according to the previous rules will receive commercial communications relating to products and services similar to those Holder of which have already benefited, except their opposition (Art. 130 c. 4 Privacy Code).
3. Recipients of the personal data

1. 5. Withdrawal of consent to the processing for marketing purposes, market research and profiling; the exercise of this right does not in any way affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out before lifting;
6. The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending a request to the data processor by means of the contact channels indicated in art. 1 of this disclosure.
Requests for the exercise of user rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 working days of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and the number of requests that deadline can be extended by a further 60 days.
7. Communication and data transfer
The provision of data by the user is required as necessary to surrender the requested service. Therefore, the refusal, by the user, to provide the data may result in the failure to provide the service, to the extent that such data are necessary for these purposes.
8. Changes to the privacy policy of SCIC SpA
The applicable law and Scic SpA practices change over time. If Scic SpA decides to update its privacy policy, it will post the changes on their own sites and will communicate through newsletters. If you were to change the way Scic SpA processes personal data, will provide a notice, or where required by law, before implementing these changes require the consent.
